Liz is awesome. She went to our house and showed us what was available in different areas we were considering. She gave us practical recommendations that focused our interest and avoided costly mistakes from our side (even in cases where she could have gotten a better commission). She pointed out the areas that were heavily congested during rush hours, gave us some figures about the actual cost of buying certain properties that looked nice, but needed some repairs. Moreover, she recommended us a financing institution, an insurance office and a Title company that were indeed the ones who offered a better deal when we shopped around. She guided us smoothly even at times when we, as 1st-time home buyers, were freaking out. Thanks Liz!!

Liz is exactly the kind of person you want when you are searching for the home, whether for rent or purchase. She completely places herself in your shoes and guides you based on both your absolute needs as well as your desires. She was on her A game in every regard throughout our very rushed moving process and was always available and extremely patient with us. We are so very happy with our new place and wouldn't change a thing if we had to do it again (besides find Liz earlier..lol). When we are ready to purchase a new home in South Florida to call our own, we are going to no one else but Liz Lopez because not only was our experience phenomenal, she earned our trust!
