In particular, Edith and Oscar Reyna were wonderful. -their excellent network of responsive contractors helped me get the home ready at fair prices. -Liz designed a sales process that generated significant buyer interest and excitement. -web presentation and photographs were superb. Large numbers of vistors to Zillow and other sites. -4 open houses in 8 days. The first had about 45 visitors, and each subsequent one had more. Over two hundred total. - Oscar placed open house signs thoughtfully and in abundance. In the baffling hills, finding the house was easy. -Liz, Edith and Oscar worked so hard, and I enjoyed the time I got to share my house with them.
