Everyone knows, buying and selling a home is stressful and chaotic, Liz is the person you want in your corner helping you make the right decisions. Liz came to the property completely prepared with area comps and a plan. The mortgage interest rates had already started to rise. We agreed to a listing price and date to "go live". Offers started to come in on day one. After 2 days we had multiple offers over asking. Liz was very strategic on how she negotiated the offers. We accepted the offer $25000 over asking. Liz worked with us over two years in a wild market to find the perfect house for us, at the perfect time. Once we found our next home and needed to sell our current home, Liz was ready with professional photos (that she scheduled as soon as we even putting in an offer on a home) so we could be listed at the right time at the right price. Even with the market slowing down, we had two offers within a day, and were able to close on both homes within 30 days. She kept everything together and answered all our questions as this was the first time we have done 2 same day closings. She’s the real MVP and honestly the best realtor around.
