Liz knows "everything" about buying or selling in the South Bay/Palos Verdes area. She has helped us with several properties, but the most recent story bears telling... 20 years ago she represented a seller of a condo in Seascape 2 which we bought at $500. This year she represented us to sell the same unit for $1.3. We have nothing but good things to say.
We must give Liz Cotton a five star rating for her recent sale of our condo. She knows the market inside and out in regard to pricing and marketing. Her suggestion to have the condo staged really paid off and she went the extra mile to hang temporary window treatments at her own expense. After one week of showings we had a full price offer which closed in thirty days. We could not have been happier. We highly recommend her.
Liz has 1 property for sale and sold 2 properties in the last 12 months, showing 3, sorted by most recent activity
