She is the most professional and thorough realtor I've ever seen. She did everything for the home buying process. She found the lowest rate on the mortgage, and they even gave me no PMI and $10k towards closing! The other mortgage brokers couldn't even touch it. Then, she did the same thing with my homeowners insurance! Now the best part. She dealt with the Lender and Insurer directly throughout the whole process, ensuring the right documents were attained quickly and properly. And to top it off, she had contractors come out within 24 hours to provide estimates on repairs to further negotiate pricing after they accepted our bid! Now for the best part. Because of Liz's professionalism, thoroughness, and negotiations, I was able to purchase the house despite not being the highest bidder, not even the second highest bidder, not even the fourth highest bidder! The seller picked our bid because it they knew there would be less hassle and a smooth sale. And that is 100% Liz Coleman. I cannot recommend her enough.

Liz was beyond excellent, every step of the way she had helpful knowledge of the process for buying our home. At one point, she mentioned a government program that gave us a helpful credit that some of the banks we were dealing with didn't know about.
