Liz was recommended to us by a friend, and we were served very well by the recommendation. I was sidelined with some serious health issues and could not devote the attention that was needed to effectively sell our home. When this was explained to Liz she picked up the ball and ran with it, performing many services that I considered above and beyond an agent's responsibility and level of involvement. She engaged a buyer within 2 weeks of putting the house on the market and sold at our asking price; far beyond our expectations.
