Liz knew about ceiling cracks, gutter holes, etc!

I was nervous about selling and buying all at the same time but Liz made it possible and super comfortable. She had an answer for everything and was there every step of the way - literally daily communication. She knew what to look for - ceiling cracks, gutter holes aka critter entrance, HVAC dates, muddy yards for flood zones, and even noticed a fruit plant which you would think is cute, but she's factual and said be prepared for picking up so no rotting and animals. Just stuff I would never think of, she really knew it all! Extremely grateful my buy/sell experience was with her!
