I previously purchased a home with Liz Ancel. I couldn't IMAGINE purchasing or selling a home in Maryland without her and her team. We recently sold our home (that we purchased with this wonderful team) and she made sure it was as painless as possible. Buying and selling at the same time is very stressful but not with Liz Ancel. You have a question or concern ? She's on it. Without a second thought. Because we are purchasing in another state, we had to use another realtor. That was a whole different situation. I had to constantly ask Liz - "is this extra work you do for us because we're not getting the same from the other realtor " ? Her response was always - "No. I'm doing my job. " She's the BEST hands down. It has been such a pleasure working with her. I could never express enough how happy we are with the work Liz Ancel and her team has done. Our house sold in 3 days !!! For ABOVE asking price.
