Livia helped the reviewer buy this property

I will certainly without a doubt use Lívia for our future investments.

Buying a house at this time with the way the market and inflation is going was already a challenge for us and everyone out there. I sat with my wife one day and knew after a few disappointing tries, that this would take a miracle or in our case someone like Lívia with her experience to help us make this dream come true. Sure enough, it took both and I’m here to say with all the gratitude in my heart that God did put Lívia in our path. Not only she knew what to do, she literally guided us through every step of the way and even when I wasn’t aware of the set backs, she was working / fighting behind the scenes on my behalf to make sure we would get our house and (all of the incentives). I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Lívia and her team and all of the experience plus credit she has with many years on this market, we wouldn’t have got our home new built house in this great new community in Aubrey! If you have a chance to have her help you, take it. You will remember this review down the road after you’ve succeeded in your search along side with her. Once again, thank you Lívia!!
