It's difficult to some up in such a brief review how absolutely amazing it was working with Livia purchasing our first home. I can't imagine an agent who is more dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable, and patient when it comes to her clients. There was not a moment where we didn't feel like Livia Gomez was doing everything in her power, no matter the time of day or our need, to make our worries disappear. If we somehow came to a situation wherein we would sell or look for another home to purchase I would personally request Livia come out of retirement (should she ever retire) just for the opportunity to work with her again. Her local knowledge was exceptional. She always had research on comparables prepared for us and was always willing to consult us on negotiation tactics and behaviors that best suited us as first time home buyers. what a super agent ! Livia listened to our needs and asked the right questions about schools, fences for our big dogs and price range. we didn't waste time looking at properties outside of our checklist and were able to narrow the list down quickly and then she guided us through the offer process.
