Lita did an excellent job helping us buy our first home in 2021 when the housing market was difficult to navigate and our options were limited. She went above and beyond for us then and so it was an easy decision when it came time to look for our next house for our growing family. For almost 2 years she answered our questions, showed us houses, talked strategy with us, and became a member of the family. She was with us through highs and lows. Never wavering on her commitment to helping us find the "unicorn" that we were after. Once we found THE one, put in an offer, and had our offer accepted, it was time to work quickly to get our house on the market and sold. She got our house listed in record time, was flexible with our situation, and ultimately got our previous house sold in record time.
