I had a horrible experience! First of all, she kept wanting to sell us only her listed properties. Next, she did not negotiate for us that well. Also, we were the ones following up on everything! She came to our walk through in yoga pants. She was completely USELESS when we had our FINAL walk through!! She did not even stay the whole time and she had her assistant come and she left. Meanwhile her assistant was texting on her phone the whole time while my significant other did the walk through! If I know how useless they would have been,, I would have called out from work to make sure I was there and I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THINGS DONE RIGHT!!
Lissette's attention to detail is unlike any realtor I have ever dealt with. Her listing presentation was the best I had ever seen. From listing to the closing of the home, her level of professionalism should be the standard of all realtors. Her knowledge of the market was extensive and true. I always felt my interest as a seller was always at the forefront of everything she did. The open houses seemed right out of a TV Show and the home was marketed as such which explains how it was sold in less than 90 days. So long she is in this industry, she will always be my go to.

Lissette was very professional. Every time I had a question she had an answer. She was very knowledgeable of the area and took me to see multiple houses that I really liked. We had a couple of hiccups with the closing of the house because the lender wanted to expedite the process. Being a first home buyer I feel like Lissette should have covered the different ways closing early could go wrong. When we went to see the house before closing on it. The house was not the cleanest. This is when I think her negotiation skills should have kicked in a bit more in my favor and she should have tried to fight to get me some type of credit. Even seeing the effort would have made me happy. Unfortunately I did not feel like her negotiation skills were there. I wish I would have asked her to ask the sellers for credit but honestly I feel like thats something she should have suggested after seeing the house. Again being a first time homebuyer I was a bit shy and was looking for more guidance in the negotiation.
