We met Lisette at an open house a few months before we were ready to purchase. She was very helpful without being pushy. We had to sign into the house to view. We both expected a ton of calls and emails, but never even one. She gave us a card and told us to call if we ever needed her help. So when we were ready we called her. Somehow she even remembered who we were and we met at her office a couple days later. We told her exactly what we wanted and the next day she had houses set for us to look at. She is very patient. We backed out of one house at the last minute and she only wanted what was best for us. Never any pressure at all. We finally found the perfect home with her help. Lissette is fantastic. I wasn’t easy and she was so patient with me. When I started looking for homes I wanted to live in a certain neighborhood, a great school system for my son and I wanted it to be perfect. I looked for a few months before choosing the perfect home for me. I got everything I wanted with Lissettes help. She always made me feel comfortable. She paid extra attention to detail. She immediately picked up on my style and what I wanted. There was never any pressure. She took me to several different homes and and it took some time but never once did she make me feel I was wasting her time. Since this was my first home I had tons of questions some were probably ridiculous. But no matter the question she answered them patiently and made sure I understood the process. She was there with me from the begin to the very end. She defended me to those who hesitated on selling to a single mom. Lissette even helped my cousins find there homes. Yes, she’s motivated to sell to earn her commission as all agents are, but she exceeded our expectations. We were living far away from our property which is a little difficult for a control freak like me. But she kept us updated with consistent communication every step of the way. She was always available for a call whenever we needed guidance or reassurance. The moment I absolutely knew we had made the right choice is when a hurricane seemed to be bearing down on Florida. Having lived through that multiple times, I am well aware with the frenzy that ensues. Lisette took the time to go to our unit and double check that everything was properly secured. The peace of mind we garnered just by having Lissette “on our side” is beyond description. When all hell was assuredly breaking loose, we knew she had it under control. We did hit some snags along the way as the loan went from one lender to another. But Lissette again kept us updated and calm (which given the heightened anxiety of a long distance transaction, is not easy). If you need a realtor in SFL, do yourself a favor and consider Lissette. The only one who was disappointed was the realtor we used to buy our unit.
