Lisette sold me this property 3 1/2 years ago. it was a neglected foreclosure that had not been occupied for over a year. Lisette spent an unusual amount of time at the property for me to look at it and during home inspections. I say unusual because it ended up being a $32,500 sale. My experience with agents in the past was that the amount of time and attention was dictated by how big the commission was going to be. I asked her to handle the sale and sold it for much more than I anticipated. She is a VERY GOOD negotiator. I plan on using her services again
