It was a pleasure to work with Lizbeth. Lizbeth was always available any time we had a question. She would get back to us immediately with an answer or would let us know that she would find out the answer. She was extremely helpful with every step of the home buying process. Lizbeth also followed up with us after buying our home to make sure we were all set and content with our purchase. We were lucky to have found such a knowledgeable realtor to help us purchase our home. And on a side note, Lizbeth was also able to deal with my husband who was very anxious and has a strong personality, she was so patient and professional. Lisbet is such a nice person. As first time home buyer’s we didn’t know what was going on or what to do. Lisbet meet out expectations and lead our way. When we went to go look at the houses she said look at it turn it on make it feel like you going to move in tomorrow. Make sure everything works like they should. We also seen some homes and in some she put in the offers. Sadly they didn’t go due to someone else bids but that was okay we had more houses to look at. Lisbet is always with positive vibes. We had a bumpy road down along but her and her team made it work. They didn’t take a NO as an answer they found ways to make it work. I’m forever grateful that I meet her. She became like a family member always checking up on my family , my daughters. When we did the closing she brought in her cute little dog my girls loved him. They were playing the Entire time and made him to tricks. I will definitely recommend lisbet to anyone.

Lisbet was very knowledgeable of the market in the areas we were looking in, we were very thankful for this as we are from Pittsburgh. She kept in contact with us prior to getting to Florida, listened to our wants and needs and very patient when we made some changes after seeing a few properties. She was also knowledgeable and helpful in offering input into the properties we looked at. We appreciated her input when we made our offer as well as when she wrote it up. We saw a few different properties with Lisbet. After many searches and a couple viewings we placed an offer, only to be out bid in the process.
