Lisandra Tavarez

Lisandra Tavarez (Lisa) managed to turn what my wife and I thought was a pipe dream into reality. From the very beginning, Lisa guided us through the not-so-glamorous process of purchasing a home. This included initial discussions about where we needed to be financially and from a credit-worthiness perspective. She scheduled and was available for countless open house appointments (not once being pushy) and finally held our hand through the negotiation, contract, inspection, mortgage and closing process. She proved to be very knowledgeable about real-estate and was able to foresee many issues before they became deal breakers. Lisa is the utmost professional and always had our backs when any issue arose, which seems to occur often during a home purchase (unbeknownst to me at the time).
