I just closed on my first home as a single mom with the help of LisaMarie. I had never walked this path of home buying before and I was especially nervous to be taking this major life step to be honest. LisaMarie knew my excitement and my nervousness but she coached and guided me through every step. We had ups and downs in the process as every home buyer does, but Lisa handled the journey with grace. She even would throw in reminders like “But, it has no yard. Your initial list had a yard for your kids to play and for you to garden.” Of course she was right and I was settling because I wasn’t sure I would ever find my home match. But we did! We found it and stepped foot inside the house and we both knew it was for me. During the closing process, LisaMarie answered all my questions and if she didn’t have the answer right then, she got me the answer and never once portrayed being annoyed by my incessant check in texts during the final weeks. LisaMarie might be a younger agent in the field and some might see that as a “proceed with caution” but to me, it means she has just as much riding on finding her clients a home as the clients do. So she’s in it to win it and hasn’t been calloused by time. She’s got a big heart and a bigger passion for her job.
I tried to sell my home myself and was not interested in hiring a realtor. Lisa simply checked in every so often, was kind and always asked how I was. Eventually I hired her. My property was unique and she was patient , knowledgeable, friendly and nice. She got me the offer I was looking for and even helped me find a new home. Highly recommend.
