Lisa was a great realtor to work with! She was very understanding of all my requirements for what I wanted in a house; she worked with me to find me listings to look at in a market that was extremely fast paced. After seeing several houses and not loving them, Lisa finally found the perfect house for me. As soon as she saw the house listed, she was on the phone with me and we were on our way to look at it. Lisa made the whole process much easier especially since I was living out of state at the time I was house hunting. She helped with contract issues and everything else. The only negative I have is that I do not love the inspector she suggested - nonetheless, I do not blame her for the incomplete report as she was working with who she felt was the best. In all reality, I should have looked into the company before blindly agreeing to their inspection, so at the end of the day, I believe that to be my problem and not Lisa's. At the end of the day, I would happily work with Lisa again!

Lisa York is an asset to our community. She stays busy, but was always available for any questions we had. We had to move quickly on this purchase and Lisa was awesome! She helped us immensely with all the paperwork we needed to complete to get the formal offer submitted.
