Lisa was suggested by a close friend. I have worked with a number of realtors over the years. Lisa is the best, without question. She stays extremely well-informed of the area, she knows (or finds out) what tax rates and HOAs apply to houses I look at. She listens carefully to our must haves and must NOT haves. She doesn't take us to places where I wonder "why did she take us to THAT house?" Even the houses we end up not liking much, I can see why she suggested looking at them. She respects our price limits. Sometimes she seems more concerned with my money than *I* am! Lisa works extremely well with our "money guy."
