You need Lisa Willis!! This lady is number 1 in our book. Let me start by saying Lisa Willis knows real estate. She knows her market like no other agent. I interviewed 5 agents before listing my house. One meeting with Lisa and I knew she was the one. The time she spent with me before any commitment was most impressive. In addition, I made several significant improvements to my home and really didn't have a good ballpark of the value. The agents I interviewed came in with a range of $100,000 difference between them. On my own I had an appraisal completed. Lisa's recommended listing value was SPOT on!! I was also hesitant to list my house with an agent in a "sellers" market. That is a lot of money and houses are flying off the shelf in this market. Not listing with Lisa would have been a "Big Mistake.....Huge". She knows how to sell a house, how to drive traffic to your home with multiple showings and bring in top dollar. We had multiple offers in the first 2 days and all were over asking price.
