This is one of those reviews you should stop at, the feel good one that will truly help you decide if Lisa is the woman for you/ your family. It has been a little over a year that we have been in contact with Lisa, referred by a couple we know from our hometown who purchased acreage in Round O. Our family planned to move from St. Augustine for that long, a little over a year to be exact. In that time, Lisa encouraged and supported my husband and I as we transition into SC jobs, my husband back into law enforcement. The first date of showings, Lisa joked how she always wondered if Jeremy was real. To keep in contact that long, we felt the same way! It was almost a shock to us that someone would take that amount of time to invest in our future, that's when we knew she was for us. My husband moved up about a month prior to our family. In that time Lisa checked in and worked around his schedule in order to help us close on our dream home in 3 short weeks. You read that right, THREE weeks as first-time home buyers... out of state and pulling an offer to place one on the real dream home :) There is something to be said about the home, I believe we found the seller/ agent of a lifetime because God knew this was our family's home. But good energy follows good energy, right? Lisa and her entire referred real estate team, legal to lender, were supportive and encouraging to us first time buyers from day one, until closing. To this day, I jokingly call Lisa my SC mom as she is my go-to for help in SC. Not once has she been phased by the thousands of questions asked during the buying process or even after for local recommendations and processes. Lisa has supported our family as if we are an extension of her own, for that I am forever grateful. Lisa is now a part of our family because of the way she helped make our dream a reality, from two states away! I could not have asked for a more seamless, supportive and encouraging environment for a first-time buyer. THANK YOU, Lisa.
