We began working with Lisa on the last weekend, of my pregnancy with our third child, that I was allowed to fly. We flew from Chicago to Florida to check out the homes in the Boca/Delray area as we were considering relocating. In one day, Lisa helped us to get such a good feel for the different neighborhoods and styles of homes that we were able to zero in on a specific community. When we went back to Chicago and decided to make the move, Lisa would visit the homes available in our desired community and report back. We trusted her to know our preferences so much at that point that we made an offer without seeing the home ourselves! She knew the market well, negotiated in our favor and once our offer was accepted, we flew down to see the home, new baby in tow. Because of complications on the sellers side, the purchase took a little longer than expected and there were some curve balls, but Lisa was by our side, helping to make things as smooth as possible. We are so happy in our new home and so grateful that we can spend our weekends as a family, enjoying our new neighborhood rather than looking at homes to buy as so many people who relocate end up doing.
