Lisa Weber is a consummate professional. In our first meeting, she talked us through what to expect in selling our house. She laid out a timeline and helped us stick to it. Our first showing happened within the first few says, and following her advice, we staged it without added expense (cleaning windows, editing personal items, decluttering, etc.). If we had any questions, she would typically respond to our texts that same day, usually within minutes. Also, she answered any questions we had in language we could understand. The photographer she used showcased our house in the best possible light. Lisa helped us decide on a fair price and generated a lot of interest in the property. She connected us with an incredible mortgage broker who also worked diligently to help us on that end. In about 2 weeks we had multiple offers, and Lisa helped us see the pros and cons of each offer.
