Following the passing of our parents, my brother and I approached Lisa Wade for help with selling the family home in Boulder, CO, as my brother and I both now reside out of state. The home needed work done prior to placing it on the market and Lisa’s assistance in identifying the necessary repairs and updates was invaluable, as was her help in locating contractors to do the work. Since I was not on-site to check the contractors’ progress, Lisa coordinated with them until the work was done. She also worked with the landscaping service to make sure the yard was neatly maintained.
