I don't know of a realtor out there that comes over and spends the day painting and cleaning to help you sell a house. She is honest and stands up for her clients. I highly recommend Lisa for buying or selling your home!
Lisa was fun to work with. She showed me a hand full of properties and was willing to work around my schedule. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and knew quite a bit about the current market at the time of purchase. I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone who may ask my opinion.
Each time we found a house we wanted to see Lisa quickly made it fit into her schedule and got us in ASAP. As we got outbid on houses she helped get some information from the other realtors so that we could use that knowledge for future offers. Once we found our current home, Lisa did a great job communicating with the seller's agent to find out how we could make our offer look the best. Everything went very smoothly and the closing stayed on time. As we signed the closing papers our movers canceled. Lisa helped us try to find new movers at the last minute and even went and changed clothes and helped unload herself.
Lisa was excellent in every way! She never missed a beat with looking at homes or getting the information we needed! She stayed on the lookout for us! We are very pleased with her professionalism and her team!
