First time putting a house up for sale; Lisa made the whole experience an easy one letting us know up front from the first meeting what to expect. She came to that first meeting with a package of information in hand and spent time with us explaining the process and answering our questions. As soon as the house was put on market we had showings and she gave us feedback on comments left and suggestions made. When house was sold closing process was a breeze. When we sell our next house we will definitely be looking to Lisa to help us again.

Let me start with, I've been putting off this review of Lisa for nearly 2 weeks since my house sold because I wanted to make sure what I wrote did her justice. Lisa was informative and helpful right off the bat coming out to give me a rough asking amount and an idea of what things needed to be taken care of before the sale of my home. Lisa has excellent communication skills(you won't be waiting in the dark for her to call or wondering if you should be calling her) letting you know what steps are taking place and what is next. We had to wait several months for the sale of our home to take place because of different hold ups, she showed us grace and patience with having to submit and re submit paperwork and going above and beyond the scope of a normal sale. Lisa is personable and makes working with her such a breeze. I have and will recommend her to anyone I know that needs a realtor. She has become our family realtor and I look forward to working with her again in the future when it is time to find our forever home!!!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Lisa was very knowledgeable about all things when it came to selling our family home. If she didn't know the answer she was quick to locate the best answer.
