As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions on the whole process of buying a home. Lisa was so patient and understanding, explaining the whole process thoroughly and walking me through each step. It took me months to find the right house, and Lisa was great about finding houses in my criteria and sending them to my asap. Once I found the right house, she fought for me to get the best deal. There was some back and forth about completing house repairs; the seller wanted to reduce the purchase price instead of paying for repairs.
