Lisa’s knowledge of the Eastside, as well as the Westside, market in terms of inventory and properties coming to market along with valuation was invaluable for us as first time buyers coming from out of the area. She was intelligent, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful in educating us on what properties were a potential good buy and what properties were good but may be over priced. Lisa’s communication skills along with her negotiation skills were incredibly helpful to us.

We are originally from Honolulu. Five Seattle realtors were interviewed after we decided to move to the Seattle area. We were very impressed with all five. That said, Lisa stood out; simply put we felt Lisa had an "it" factor. Ultimately, we bought a home in Issaquah with Lisa's help and guidance. Our gut feelings about Lisa proved accurate! She was wonderful both professionally and personally! We could see that her training as a CPA and her business experiences outside of real estate gave her insights uncommon to most realtors we have dealt with. (We have worked with realtors in Hawaii, California, Tokyo and Hong Kong.) Lisa spent time and energy to get to know us as people. She was a tireless advocate for us; she fought every battle, every nuance in the negotiations as if she were the client herself. We had the feeling that she would go to war for us. At the same time, she had a firm, but approachable negotiating style that lent itself to getting a deal done. Lisa is the proverbial iron fist in the velvet glove. After we closed, Lisa did not collect her commission and disappear. She followed up and continued to contact us to make sure we enjoyed our purchase. We felt that she was as concerned that we were happy with our new home as we were! She is simply amazing!
