I was not please with any of the process with Sentry or Lisa. There were times I felt she did not have the ability to market the house. At the start she recommended a price for the hose and then said it was priced to high. Communications was not the best and there were times at the end when she just forwarded an e-mail saying ' the seller said' vs wording as if it came from the agent. Overall she did finally sell the house but we were very close to finding another agent.
