Ms. Stout from the beginning was blessing. She made herself available to answer any questions concerning the purchase procedures and assessment of the property values. Even after the purchase of the property she allows herself to any questions. She made the process easy easy and uneventful. She deligently maintained communication with lenders, myself and the sellers agent.
