We first met Lisa looking at an old house with about 20 acres, and the house left a lot to be desired as both of us were going sight unseen and we had some laughs for sure. My son and I continued looking for property and when we found some we contacted Lisa and let her know that we were interested in buying the property. Lisa helped get information on the property as well as place an offer which was accepted. From that point she helped facilitate in getting the parts moving to buy the property such as getting multiple perc tests done to be sure we could build a house like we planned. Working with Lisa was great and we would do it again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property or house.

My experience with Lisa was that she really goes into detail about what her clients need to do and what to look for, in looking for a home and deciding what to do. She is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot just by her explaining all of the real estate knowledge. I was searching for a home for -6 months, and once I found the one, she locked it in. Communication was always clear & she didn’t shy away from asking if I ever needed any help. Alongside that, she was always very professional.
