Lisa was with us through the entire home-buying process. When we needed to build credit because we had virtually no credit line (we didn't have credit cards or loans aside from our last home loan), she set us up with a company that helped us build a credit line quickly and easily. She had our house out on social media and her associate Tiffany held open houses. She was knowledgeable on comps for our previous home and knew just where to price it to garner a lot of interest and a quick offer. She didn't just sell our previous house in Montgomery, however. She helped us buy our new one in Bryan as well. Lisa repeatedly drove 70 miles with us to look at houses, help us narrow down neighborhoods to those that would best fit our family, and ultimately select the home that is just right for us. Then she set us up with a loan officer and company who approved the loan to buy our new home. When there were unforeseen issues that arose at the last minute with the loan for the buyers of our house in Montgomery (their loan officer never submitted their loan to underwriting), Lisa swooped in and saved the day. She quickly got the buyers and their realtor in touch with our loan officer, and, while we closed a few days later than originally planned, we did all close on the same day and were able to move smoothly from one place to another. Through it all, Lisa proved that she not only has extensive knowledge as a realtor, but also that she is a true friend. The emotional support she provided - sending memes back and forth to keep us laughing, keeping us informed and offering options, praying for us and the deal, and calling just to check in - made something as monumentally stressful as buying a house a positive experience. Words cannot express how much we love Lisa for her tireless effort, support, and friendship.
