Amazing Experience

It was truly a pleasure working with Lisa. I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to sell my house, after the tragic loss of my husband, but we had been planning to move to Florida to be with our family that relocated there recently. With the encouragement and support from Lisa, I began searching for the right home. I had a lot of boxes to check. Both my elderly parents live with me and although I was eliminating as many things as possible, I needed storage space for the accumulation of “stuff” from 44 years of marriage! I was also filled with doubt, as I was buying a house sight-unseen. This could’ve been a very stressful experience, but because of her due diligence and thoroughness, Lisa made this adventure painless and aside from the actual moving…stress-free. Lisa put me at ease, and I felt 100% confident moving forward. I began searching for a home in July, while waiting for my home to sell. Lisa took the time to research and inspect every home I thought might be a possibility, even while my home hadn’t sold. She also helped mitigate me through the selling experience. I knew Lisa had other clients as well, but she always made me feel like I was important. She would thoroughly investigate each home and if it wasn’t a good fit, she would tell me. She took the time to stream live videos of every nook and cranny. From start to finish, I knew I could trust Lisa with my future home. My home sale closed and within a just a few days, a home that checked all the boxes came along and Lisa wasted no time viewing it as soon as possible. Although this home was slightly over my budget and I was passed up for a better offer, Lisa’s perseverance secured this home for me…within my budget! In 2 weeks, I owned my new home, digitally closing as I was packing the moving truck! Amazing: Lisa made the entire experience amazing!
