It was truly a pleasure working with Lisa. I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to sell my house, after the tragic loss of my husband, but we had been planning to move to Florida to be with our family that relocated there recently. With the encouragement and support from Lisa, I began searching for the right home. I had a lot of boxes to check. Both my elderly parents live with me and although I was eliminating as many things as possible, I needed storage space for the accumulation of “stuff” from 44 years of marriage! My home sale closed and within a just a few days, a home that checked all the boxes came along and Lisa wasted no time viewing it as soon as possible. Although this home was slightly over my budget and I was passed up for a better offer, Lisa’s perseverance secured this home for me…within my budget! In 2 weeks, I owned my new home, digitally closing as I was packing the moving truck! Amazing: Lisa made the entire experience amazing! Lisa went above and beyond for us. Moving to Florida from Michigan, we needed a rental while our home was being built. Lisa went to every single property for us, took pictures, videos and finally helped negotiate a rental price. In addition, we changed our minds about the new construction build. Lisa happily took us to several properties day and night until we finally settled on our new home. She absolutely went above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone. Lisa is such a blessing!! We moved across the country and she made sure we were educated on things we may not have otherwise thought to take into consideration which was huge. She is very knowledgeable and the information she shared was so helpful with such a big move. Her communication was great not only with us, but on our behalf and that is how we were able to secure a home quickly in a competitive market which saved us from a ton of stress.
