After having our home in Loudoun County listed for nearly a year with another Realtor, we made the decision to relist with Lisa Sinclair. She quickly did her homework, and took us to see several properties that were just coming on the market, so we were able to be one of the first to view them in a very competitive market with low inventory. Additionally, she is a very good negotiator, and looked out for us as buyers every step of the way. She is also very knowledgeable in her field, and if there is something that she is not certain of, she is not ashamed to say so, and immediately research. We even had an issue come about on the property after we purchased it, and while she could have very easily taken an “it’s not my problem now” attitude, she provided us with immense help and support to figure out how to approach resolving the issue. She is a very creative thinker, but also with a high degree of honesty and integrity, which has come in handy multiple times with this particular transaction.
