LIsa was very helpful throughout the whole process of selling and buying a new home. She assisted in making sure the old house was staged properly in order to have a more efficient sale. She also used local knowledge to find a location that would suit what I was looking for in a new home.

While we were back home in the southeast, she found the home for us and discussed our options and we pounced! Our offer was aggressive, but below asking price and, as Lisa predicted, the counter offer was still in our favor. We preempted the Open House and had our deal before the home was on display. Lisa also anticipated our needs in final negotiations and directed us seamlessly through a closing that occurred while we were 1000 miles away. Great minds think alike, and Lisa made us look real smart!
