LISA helped the reviewer sell this property

Experienced, Honest, Trustworthy and Deeply Locally Knowledgable

Our experience selling our New Orleans condo with Lisa Shedrock was first-rate. If you choose to work with Lisa, you'll have a professional, thorough experience from start to finish. She is deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and very honest with her recommendations with a straighforward communication style that we greatly appreciated. She quickly grasped our objectives and strategized to meet them. Our property was slightly unusual; our asking price was adjusted after few weeks; the closing involved several delays and complications; Lisa walked us through our options and gave us sound guidance at every step. We closed quite a bit higher than originally expected with her support. If you're ready to buy or sell property in New Orleans, Lisa will be an ace in your hat.
