Lisa was a remarkable partner in helping us sell the father-n-laws house. She provided much needed guidance in the beginning stages of the rehab to let us know what the market was focused on, and what our price target should be based on her analysis of the comparables. This enabled us to invest in the right updates to the house before going to market. Once complete we went to market and sold in about 2 weeks!! Lisa is wonderful! She has now helped me sell my home and find a perfect new home! She is patient, understanding, and responsive. She really cares for her clients and will work hard to find you what the perfect new home. She really goes above and beyond to understand your needs and she finds available homes to match as exact as possible opposed to just sending you endless homes that do not match your spec or price range. She also looks at the market closely for what features sell a property and proposes suggestions for ensuring your property will sale quickly!
