I am very detail oriented (so is Lisa), but I can be rather demanding, she put up with me. Lisa was fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer we had a basic idea of what we wanted but weren't aware of exactly what would suit our needs. She showed us so many houses and worked within our schedule, primarily over weekends or after business hours. Her communication is stellar - she responds to phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. She was incredibly honest with us and she pointed things out in various houses that we would have totally missed if we were alone. She was also very honest about house worth and pulled up comps on multiple properties that we were interested in. When we entered contract on a house, she was a huge advocate for us with our inspector, making sure everything was done and even got him to come back to do a proper roof inspection (it snowed on the original day). She pushed to make sure everything was done well and when we renegotiated cost, she was incredibly professional and got us a lower price on the house than the asking price. Lisa is a no nonsense type of agent and very direct and to the point. I loved it. I was never pressured and always felt respected. Her recommendations for local people to do work on the house has also been spot on.
