Lisa is the best. As Baby Boomers who were downsizing after 35 years in the same house, there was a lot we didn't know about how real estate works now. Lisa was very patient and helped us every step of the way. When we finally found the perfect condo to buy, but it looked like it wasn't available, Lisa found a creative solution that got us the condo and made the seller happy, too. Also, her recommendations, from lawyer to banker to plumber, were all terrific. You can't do better than Lisa. So hire her.

I normally NEVER write recommendations for people online.....BUT I recently bought a house from the seller that Lisa was representing.After writing the purchase and sales agreement, the original bank that I was using missed some crucial deadlines. Lisa stepped up to the plate and showed her sincere desire to help me get this deal done by recommending a bank that is part of her team(That bank came through in a very short period of time). Lisa was instrumental in keeping the seller on board and making sure that all parties communicated in a positive and professional manner. Even though there were several backup offers it was obvious that Lisa had a genuine commitment to getting this deal done.
