This was my fourth transaction with Lisa. I have sold a house, purchased a house and rented my property twice with Lisa. I find Lisa to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local market. The most recent transaction was selling a home that was previously a rental. Lisa assessed the property and clearly laid out the repairs and improvements we should do in order to receive the best price for our property, while also advising us which repairs would not return much value. The one thing I appreciated the most was Lisa always returned my calls or texts immediately. Overall we received the price we hoped for on the house and the process went smoothly. Eric
