Lisa helped us sell our home. When I bought the house it had been on the market for a year because it was the smallest home on the smallest lot in the neighborhood and had no comparable sales to work with. She took it on with out batting an eye. We removed the clutter and got the house up on the market. Within 5 days we had a serious offer. We proceeded thru negotiation and all the minutiae of a real estate transaction. She was always available to answer questions and assisted every step of the way. We were able to close 34 days after the initial offer. At the same time she arranged the purchase of our new home with competence and attentions to detail. I highly recommend her.
