Lisa was so very helpful in selling a flood damaged home in Flagler Beach. The home was gutted, mold remediated and left partially unfinished. To say the home was not challenging to sell would be an understatement. Lisa enlisted interior designers, contractors, etc to help present the house. She is also an expert in specialty loan programs that are essential to selling the flooded home. This was extremely helpful when setting buyer expectations and tempering prospective buyers' quick flip dreams. Without her expertise, I fear the house would be unsold or we would have been forced to sell far below market value (i.e. private equity vultures). Thank you Lisa!
