I wouldn’t be surprised if Lisa thought I was crazy when I told her the type of property I was looking for, it was definitely a unicorn! But she listened to my needs and we found the “perfect” house. She was very responsive and transparent, and walked me through every step of the process. There were multiple offers on the property I wanted but with her experience we ended up with the house and we closed quickly. Very glad Lisa was my realtor and look forward to working with her again.

Lisa is the best agent! She has so much knowledge and is so helpful and goes out of her way to help in any way possible. I have worked with her twice now and am using her now in the sale of my townhouse. Her response time is excellent. I live in Wisconsin, and had to sell my dad's house, and settle his estate in Washington. I was in my last year of graduate school, and was just beginning my internship. She supervised the clean out, found a painter, picked out carpet, hired a cleaning service, got the roof cleaned, and even cut the low hanging tree branches herself.
