Absolutely incredible! We went under contract...
Absolutely incredible! We went under contract, got our house under contract and had due diligence money deposited into our account in 3 days!!! She is absolutely amazing and I could not have dreamed of having a better experience. Her keen negotiation skills enabled us to get our dream home under appraisal and even getting the one repair completed by the sellers in a “sellers market” We did not have to sell our home for our other deal to go through but she knew we wanted the money as a down payment. She told me the goal was to get our house closed on in 30 days (wasn’t on market yet) I asked if it was even possible and she not only did it but exceeded all expectations!!!
