LISA POVLOW

Lisa is not only our agent who sold another house for us previously but also a good friend. It was an emotional time for us as the house she sold was our “dream home” as we built from a vacant lot to our dream home. But she guided us and made the process less stressful. She put her heart and soul and knowledge into selling our home. She made it easier to sell our house which she sold in less than two days and not only that but 35,000 above asking price. She was always there for us with our emotional ups and downs.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa Povlow on the purchase and/or sale of three properties, and in all three cases I was very, very impressed. I have worked with a great many realtors over the past forty years, and Lisa Povlow is by far the most impressive. Here's my take: She has uncompromising values and ethics, works unbelievably hard, and understands the need to spend money to make money (marketing dollars). While she is a highly competitive professional, she is probably most competitive with herself. I enjoyed working with Lisa personally. She is a creative, curious, and generous individual. She is determined to help her clients. I always felt that I was in good hands.
