I hadn't had positive experiences with realtors. When I bought my house the realtor I had let the other realtor walk all over us. She did nothing in my best interest. At the time, I didn't know any better and I wanted the house. When it came time to sell the house, a friend recommended Lisa and I am forever grateful. She helped me get the yard and house in shape. Then she listed it. We thought it would be a quick sale. But nooo.. All the weirdest situations came up. We thought we might lose the sale. But not with Lisa! She got everyone and anyone involved to help solve the problems. It came down the wire, but the day before close, we got everything we needed and were able to close. I really do not know what I would have done without her. She is super positive, straightforward and very resourceful. She totally earns her commission. Everyone should use her.
