Lisa and David started as casual “friends of friends” & grew by being personal professionals we now call “friends”. The experience of selling our home of 14-yrs & downsizing to buy our new home was an important choice in our Life’s Journey. We met with Lisa & David & it was the perfect team for the road ahead. Tho’ 1-month on sale & would be contingent on the sale of our home, it was amazing as our offer was accepted & all seemed just perfect for our new home to be. There would be unexpected bumps in the road ahead, a 45-day plus long story, that proved to be challenging. Lisa & David like magic, were able to work with & conquer the bumps, several major ones at that! Lisa said repeatedly, “we’ve got your backs”. Indeed they did & success was ours due to our combined prayers & their professional-perseverance, along with the super Escrow team of Katie & Nicole to help fulfill our hopes & dream.
