So glad Lisa was my realtor. My home was in excellent shape,clean, newer build,etc., but the location was next to I-70 and Floyd Hill and that made it a challenge for some interested buyers. Lisa handled the challenges well and I would recommend her.

Lisa Did everything we expected plus more our home is 3 hours outside of Denver and I was surprised how many times she drove up to show the property. Her marketing tools worked very well she brought a trailer full of staging materials including more lighting that showed the home great.
