Lisa was great!! Even before we listed she was answering our myriad of questions and made us more comfortable in our decision to list. After listing she was always responsive and met her commitments to get back to us with other pertinent information relating to our sale. She was very knowledgeable in the steps we were going through and how various components of the transaction normally goes (eg Inspection, open houses, negotiations). We have had the best experience with Lisa. We switched to her from another realtor because we were not seeing the houses fast enough before gone. Lisa took us out the day after we contacted her with 8 showings lined up! The day after we looked at a home a second time then one more house my wife found last minute. Lisa was able to get us in after a few hours same day. That night we wrote an offer she negotiated the day after and that evening there was an accepted offer.
